Hi Blue Shellers! The purpose of today’s post is to highlight a few regularly scheduled games/events happening down at The Blue Shell! “Come play with us, Danny.”

  • Tuesday nights are Magic the Gathering nights! Every Tuesday we play at 6pm. Every other Tuesday is a draft event hosted by Karl with Strategy & Games. The alternate Tuesday is a Commander night. Draft is $23.00 to play which gets you your packs, your discounted first beverage and the chance to win prizes. Commander night is casual/free to play.

  • Every 3 months or so we do a Paints & Pints event with Karl from Strategy & Games. He supplies the minis and the paints, we supply the tables and the beers! Cost varies but is usually between $10 and $25 and always includes a discounted first drink and is a lot of fun!

  • We have several groups who play D&D regularly throughout the week. If you are looking to join a game or want to start a group and D&M please send us an email at theblueshellcda@gmail.com.

  • Recently we had our first ExeCUTEtion tournament with game creator Noah Johnson of Nomich Games! It was a small group but a ton of fun and we will be working to schedule more of these soon. This most recent event was a $5.00 entry and the winner received a copy of the game and a $25.00 Blue Shell gift certificate.

  • Last but not least, we have a brand new event happening for the first time this coming Thursday at 6pm. It’s for “Blood on the Clocktower” which is a great social deception game (like Werewolf or Mafia) but comes with lots of extra wrinkles and a more involved “Storyteller” (who is like the games DM) and can wreck some havoc or give some help to the players as needed.
